I proposed 3 rule changes in this league last year:
1. Total points > H2H for final standings.
2. 6 points per passing TD.
3. Top6/Bot6.

The top 4 seeds in playoff should be the top 4 teams with the most wins. # 5 and #6 seeds should go to the 2 teams that scored the most overall points if those 2 teams are not one of the Top 4 teams...
