Im thinking of sticking with 11 if we cant get an extra man.
With this a dummy team would need to be created. Since we're doing top 6/bottom 6 format. It wont be an issue.
Other option would be dropping to 10.

12 is preferable. I would even be willing to pay someone's fee just to draft for us at this point.
If they win anything I just get my money back and then split the rest.
Would the league be ok with that?
ETA: I think I see what you're saying. So just have 11 owners and one extra team on autodraft? What if that team wins, who would get the money, everyone just get their money back?

Yes, the dummy team would never win. The team would consist of retired players/fa and players who dont play. Doing a 11 man league would mean someone would get a bye each week.
