If it comes down to it, it looks like the pay division could be 12 teams and the non be 8 teams.
11 weeks in the regular season would be a perfect round robin for our division, with the top 2 playing for the conference title (and the money)
It looks like we will get our 20 today, I will cut it off after that randomize our draft order and start it at Noon CST tomorrow.

I sent out the random order to everyone, and low and behold the Last Person to sign up gets the number 1 pick, LMAO.
If you guys want we can bump last entry down to 20 and move everyone else up a spot?

Look at it this way....
Typical NFL Fantasy League is either 10 or 12 teams playing with a 32 team playing field.
So...
10 x 3.2 = 32 or
12 x 2.6 = 32
We want something with a similar ratio.
So you are looking for 52 to 64 teams.
I think we should take all 5 major conferences (SEC,B10,B12,PAC12, and ACC) which gives you 58 teams. (right in the middle of what you shoot for.)
