Cubbs should be very happy. Jones was the #2 all night while Walter was used for blocking. He's going to go off this year if they can run the ball.

wasn't an f-up....why would I have drafted Jones if I didn't expect things from him. I just didn't see me consistently starting him the first 6 games, and cubbs needed help, so I gave it.
Rice surgery last week(mon), another week and a half til MIN game 1....he's only out for 8 weeks, not 8 games...and his bye is week 4, so only expected to miss 5 games. Procedure was the same that Brandon Marshall had, it's surgery,but not that complicated apparently.

Nah. He's a buy and hold for now. His hands are alot better than I ever dreamed they were, so Slaton will hardly ever see the field. He's a perfect flex. Injury history worries me, but I could say that about all my RB's (Grant, Charles, Foster).

Sorry chief. I had changed my tune about 2 hours after my initial comment the day I learned about the trade, (i.e 2 hours of reading about Rice) and said Cubbs would be happy by mid season. And I'm really the only one swinging from Jacoby's nuts. Never said you were a "sucker", it's apparent you have experience, but we all lose trades every now and then.
