Taysom Hill as a late TE option?

for some reason on ESPN fantasy he's listed as a tight end.
Obviously, I wouldn't consider him a #1 or even #2 .. but as a flex on a bye week would he make sense?
He's guaranteed touches and could even throw a TD on a goal line scenario..
Just seeing y'alls opinion on this late round pick up.

He was TE19 last year, and that’s with scoring 8 TDs

He averaged 1.6 receptions, 22.2 yards and .4 TDs in 9 games after Brees came back. He scored 15 points combined in 5 of those games
