Should I play Derrick Henry tonight?

Lost Freeman last week so RB is becoming even thinner for this team. My thinking is being on a short week after Murray got so much usage, Henry might be leaned on tonight. Anyway, these are my options;
Alvin Kamara vs Washington (Obv playing him)
Tevin Coleman @ Seattle (He's my RB2 as of now)
Derrick Henry vs Pittsburgh
Rex Burkhead @ Oakland
.5 PPR

If it helps I'm playing Burkhead over Henry in standard this week.

Burkhead has a better matchup and projects for more touches. Play him over Henry.
