I think they are resting Kamara this week while integrating Ingram. He's obviously a horse as has been shown all season, but they don't want to wear him down. I'm thinking this will be his worst week of the year.

Plus the Brees passing record and going into a bye week. Kamara has been heavily used in the first 4 weeks. It's just some rest. No big deal.
