Should I drop James Washington to pickup jamison crowder?

I really want to get him, but I hate dropping people this early. These are my bench players:
James washington
Jaylen Samuels
Will fuller
Guice
Devin Singletary
Curtis Samuel
Mecole Hardman
Really don't want to drop any of these dudes but crowder looks like a ppr gem. Thoughts?

Crowder just got 17 targets.
That doesn't happen by accident. I'd pick him up over Washington and Fuller easily.

I'm trying to grab crowder in leagues that he is available. I have no idea what the addition of Thomas will do for him though. But I love the fact he got 17 targets.

Enunwa is done for the season. The Thomas addition makes sense now, and shouldn't affect Crowder too much I wouldn't think.

Nah bruh. There are several on that bench worse than Fuller. Crowder probably hit his ceiling in week 1.
Will fuller can do in 1 catch what it takes Crowder to do in 6, and he typically does it in every game he plays in.
With Deshaun Watson- Fuller's career stat line average is;
4.1 catches, 71.1 yards, 1.0 touchdowns. Averaging 17.1 fantasy points per game. Obviously his health is the red flag, but GTFO that you want Crowder over that

On how many targets
kenny stills and duke johnson now stealing targets
Gase slot WRs
32 y/o Welker in 2013 - 73/778/10 in 13 games, 16.2 ppr per game
Jarvis in 2017 - 112/987/9 , 16.3 ppr per game
huge target shares, RZ looks, Darnold's trust incoming

Crowder catching over 100 this year.

How is Duke Johnson's target share expected to be vastly different than Lamar Millers? Fuller doesn't need a lot of targets. He never has, he plays with the biggest target monster in the NFL.

If we're going to put things into context, I see one guy that played with Peyton Manning on a 13-3 football team and one guy that's just a better football player than Jamison Crowder.
What they do both have in common, is that they both averaged less PPR PPg than Will fuller does with Deshaun Watson.

There's a lot of data on lamar miller, it tells us he saw 5+ targets in only 13% of his games in HOU. Duke sees 5 right off the bat with some designed to get him the ball. BOB has been talking him up as a pass catcher.

i'll answer
67 targets in 11 games w/ a 67% catch rate, which is poor. He's targeted downfield on low percentage throws so he actually does need targets considering the hit rate.

None of that is going to change man. Texans backs got 62 targets a year ago. You're pointing out all these low volume metrics and i'm pointing out that despite that he's still averaging more PPG than the two guys you're referencing. If anything it signals natural progression for Fuller in the volume category is inevitable.
Hell, we've already seen progression last year. He averaged over 6 targets/gm and had a better catch rate than Hopkins did.
*I own Will Fuller in 0 leagues, but my only gripe is his injury history. His production is elite. His career average with Watson extrapolated over a 16 week season puts him at WR10 last year in PPR formats. Ahead of Stefon Diggs who posted a 102/1021/9 statline. You getting that from Crowder?

Fuller's past production and PPG with a 30% target share - doesnt matter now. If you believe that continues, great, throw him out there every week as a top 10 WR
Welker and Landry's past PPG doesn't even matter, but Welker's 9 targets per game and Landry's 10 targets a game running slot in a Gase offense tells me thats a position that's going to lend to a heavy target share to Crowder who just saw 40% share W1
Cant predict the TDs but that's the exact type of yardage and yards crowder can flirt with if healthy. He's performed in WAS with a much smaller target share. He's a good WR

Thanks for the input, guys. And everybody can relax! I kept Fuller AND picked up Crowder. They're both on the bench now.
I dropped Washington. Pittsburgh just doesn't look like the same team without Bell and Brown.
