I'm not saying it's unfair b/c I am currently losing to you - that would be happening whether they were pushed through or not. I am saying it should be one way or the other. If trades get pushed through one week but not another it is not fair and shouldn't happen in a league where people are paying money. Not sure how anyone can argue otherwise. I don't know what kind of settings need to be adjusted but it shouldn't be left up to someone to decide whehter they feel like it should be pushed through or not.

There aren't a different set of rules week to week. I go strictly by what nfl.com sets up and that was no different this week. There is a two day waiting period for all trades. If that two day waiting period can transpire before the games on Sunday (or Thursday) AND a player involved in the trade has not already played on Thursday, then the trade will go through. NFL.com won't let me approve a trade where those conditions aren't met. It's programmed into their fantasy software.

If you can show me where something has happened in this league where a trade is outside of those parameters, please point it out and I will gladly try to resolve this in as fair a way as possible. I have never been able to push anything through as far as trades go that don't meet that criteria. I guess it's possible that nfl.com has some sort of glitch and something might possibly happen outside of the parameters, but I have yet to see it happen.

The trades that did not go through earlier in the year (I can't recall what the trades were off the top of my head), but it would not let me approve them. I'm assuming that the conditions above weren't met and that either someone had already played or someone was going to play before the two day waiting period was up.

Just as another example, there is another trade that has been accepted, but it wouldn't let me approve it because a player had already played and the conditions aren't met. But again, if you can prove that somehow there is a difference and that a trade in the past should have gone through sooner than it did or that these most recent ones should not have gone through, then by all means point it out to me so I can fix it. I certainly don't want anyone to think there is somehow a different set of rules that are being applied.

I go out of my way to make sure that everything is done fairly, but mistakes can certainly happen. All I care about is fairness and that even if a situation occurred and had to be resolved and that somehow my team would be hurt by the resolution, I would do it without a second thought. As a league manager, I consider my team secondary to my main goal and that is to run a fair league where no one feels like some injustice has occurred. I'll do whatever I can to make right something negative that might have occurred for whatever reason. Just point out the details of what happened in the past and how it's different than something that happened this week. If it's unfair, I'll fix it however I need to in order to make it fair.
