The other four matchups besides ours had no one winning more than 6 cats. You gained ground on the whole league.

I know I never made my predictions, but I thought your team would be annoying to play and would exceed expectations. Ironically, I thought you had an outside chance to land a playoff spot again.

Any team w trout has a chance.

That said, cwill pitching won't cut the mustard imo

Port gifted me at least one pitching cat last night by not hitting the minimum INN pitched....my offense is going to be a problem for me...I need Trout to be Trout 2012.

I think you have it backwards...I have closers locked up and enough solid starters to compete in whip, era and k/9...I don't care about QS.

Yea your closers are stout

Bucholz and Holland are also pitching out of their minds. Not that they won't be decent, but is expect to fall back towards their norms

Fantasy baseball is unlike other fantasy games in that 1 superstar is not really going to change your fortunes like a stud RB or Lebron in basketball....Trout last year and if he can replicate it this year is probably the closest I've seen in baseball.

I agree. It's such a long season with so many positions it takes a few stud players to make a difference. And being a keeper league makes it different than basketball and football with the monitoring of prospects.

The lone bright spot for my team: Mark Reynolds is #1 on the player rater.

I picked up this Luis Jimenez guy. Was pretty boss in the minors and is tearing the cover off the ball in Anaheim.

Interdasting.

LAA did play the 2 worst pitching staffs in the AL but stats look good. Replacement for Callaspo?

Mark Reynolds is second to Coco Crisp on PR15. Ninth on the season long player rater. Either way, he is having a nice start to the year.

I am content about 3 in the top 25. It would be nice if Jay Bruce remembered how to hit homers.

Upton, Cargo, Davis go 123 for hitters.

Reynolds is 15th.

Crisp 4th.

Nope, 9th. McCutchen is 15th.

Yep.

I think Port was looking at last 15.
