Roster Suggestions

Good morning guys, I'm in need of some help with my roster. Started out strong at 4-0, but have hit a 2 game skid. 12 man league, standard scoring, non-ppr. Roster is as follows:
QB-Wentz
WR-Hilton
WR-Adams (injured)
RB-Bell
TE-Dissly (injured)
FLEX-Derrick Henry
FLEX-Alshon
K-Lambo
DEF-GB
Lindsey
Ekeler
Jones Jr
Vance McDonald
Houston
Any suggestions on how to improve my roster? Thanks in advance!

You’re 4-2 with a good roster and adams returning
If anything use alshon, ekeker and Lindsay to upgrade at TE or flex

Look for a team that has two good tight ends and make a deal or look for Herndon on the waiver wire

Drop one those defenses and pick up a high value handcuff like Mattison, Edmonds, Malcolm Brown, etc. You don't need two defenses.
