12 team league, snake draft, PPR
We can keep 3 players from previous year, without sacrificing a round.

My team last year was a disaster. I have the 2nd overall pick, and my keepers were going to be Waller, Elijah Moore, and Kareem Hunt

I am being offered (from one of the most stacked teams in the league and doesn't have a 1st)

Michael Pittman
Cam Akers
2.04

for

1.02

Is this as no-brainer as I think it is? What am I missing here?

(I would then keep Waller, Pittman and Akers I think)

A couple of questions:

1. How the hell are Waller, Elijah Moore, and Kareem Hunt the best players you have from last year?
2. Who could you draft at 1.02 considering who all are being kept?

Keepers get announced today by 5 so I have no idea as to question 2.

My team sucked. I suppose I could keep Deandre Hopkins but wasn't planning on it with the 6 game suspension.

I also had Robert Woods who is coming off major injury.

I would think with everyone keeping 3 guys, Pittman and Akers are as good as anyone you could get. The other guy is loaded, so he still gets to keep 3 good guys and draft 1.02.

It likely helps both teams which is what a trade should do. Unless someone is leaving a couple of top 10 players unkept (not likely), I say do it.

Any thought to keeping Elijah Moore over Waller?

I have Waller projected with a few more points than Moore, but it's close enough to go with your gut. If you must start a TE, I think it's a no-brainer to go with Waller.

The interesting one is Hopkins but that's risky as a keeper before you know who your starting WRs would be the first several weeks.

ETA: Waller is being drafted much earlier than Moore (and Hopkins).

The GM of the other team's eagerness to do this deal makes me feel like I'm getting swindled even though I know I'm not.

That would take some effort on my part.

It likely helps both teams because he has more than 3 keepable players

12 team league with 3 keepers each means you're looking at someone like Terry McLaurin as your option at your 1.02 pick. I'd do the deal
