I have Baltimore and Cincinnati as my defenses.. The ravens have the texans while the bengals got the colts.
Obviously the Ravens D is superior but Arian foster and Schaub (even without Johnson) can put up points. Should I stick with them or spot start CIN again (I did last week on BAL's bye and it paid off).

BAL D is a little bit older than Cincy's, so I'd say Cincy's DEF is quicker.
