Gives me a feel for what people will put down for key waiver wire guys. I think I had put $15ish for Williams.

I had $30 for him but realized I wouldn't be starting him unless another injury occured so I backed it down to 18

I'm convinced I will never get a good feel for auction waivers. With Desean hurt, I have no WR2. If Williams can give 6-8 weeks of WR2 production, I think that's worth a lot.

I think I definitely overbid for Chris Johnson. I figured Ellington would be out longer than 2-3 weeks like they're projecting.

I wish when you won, you could see who you beat out and by how much. If you lose by $1, you're pissed and if you outbid everyone by double, you're pissed

Yahoo does that, but ESPN doesn't unfortunately. I love how you can see what others bid on yahoo after the waivers are processed

Click on FAAB bids on yahoo. It will show you if anyone else bid for a certain player and for how much

I didn't watch the game but this is what convinced me to go get him

quote:

WIDE RECEIVERS
1. Donte Moncrief, Colts – Owned in 13 percent of Yahoo leagues
Donte Moncrief may have been on this list even if T.Y. Hilton was not likely to miss a couple weeks with a bruised knee. Moncrief had 10 targets and a touchdown before Hilton left and had played the majority of the offensive snaps up to that point. He played clearly ahead of Phillip Dorsett, who fumbled away a punt and dropped one of his three targets. Despite adding Andre Johnson this offseason, the Colts should have a lot of targets up for grabs even with Hilton healthy, and Moncrief will be a high-upside WR2 against the Jets this week with Hilton sidelined. He is my favorite add at any position this week. Despite the rough week, Dorsett is worth a look in deep leagues.
Recommendation: Should be owned in 10-team leagues.
he apparently did his damage with ty still in

I'm pretty high on Andre so I see him getting some of those Moncrief targets going forward.

Darryl, you're pretty far off. I don't feel as if I need a QB. It was a weird game inside the 10 for the Giants, so I don't see Eli losing TD opportunities like that often. I like Bradford, but he's not enough of an upgrade to downgrade at any other position.

No problem, wasn't sure how you felt about Eli. So just decided to throw a few offers out there.

Bradford & Alston for Antonio
Bradford & Maclin for Matthews

I believe these were the offers. Not 100% sure. Sent them pretty late yesterday. These were just initial offers anyway. I didn't mine negotiating. Like he said though, he's content with Eli....

I might very sent a trade for Foster also.

anyone else starting to love basketball more than football, fantasy and real life? I was always a giant football fan and football was always my #1 in everything but the past few years I've been becoming a little apathetic towards football. fantasy football just started and i'm already anticipating the bball draft order
