All right guys. Just got back home from the draft...
12 team. 0.5 ppr. 6 pt passing td. 1qb/2rb/3wr/1te/1/fl/1k/1/def.

Hitting the runs contra to the rest of the draft board. Picked the only wr in the first round. Caught the run on wr's near the beginning of the second round with a couple micro reaches with davonte and michael thomas going at the beginning of the second before Julio. Caught Mixon as the last of that tier of rb's as everyone was realizing they need wr's in the third. Was the first thinking about starting the run on qb's in the fourth with Rodgers.
I'm usually a rb early and often kind of guy, but I had to take the board as it fell to me.

This year the trend has gone back to rb's. I went contra to current year trends. That's how you find value. Mixon as my rb1 is a huge risk. Not keeper and usually very competitive. A couple of reaches with people going after their players, but nothing crazy. It's not like this team is a lock for anything. Do feel pretty decent about it though.

Yea, most likely. I mean Rivers is out there so I may drop a back and pick him up if he clears the initial waivers. I don't even like Mack really, but he was there in the 14th so I took him. But would I ever start Rivers over Brees? Probably not, and most teams already have 2 QBS anyway.

Why would he draft 2 qbs? Unless you are in a two qb league.its much better to pick a qb late and then stream as needed

You’ll be set when Ingram comes back. Probably would’ve went upside receiver over Marlon Mack though. Guys like Agholor, Hurns, and most of the rookies were available late.

Hellacious WRs man. I like Joe Mixon a lot this year too. If he pans out you have a playoff contender.
