Not sure if anyone else listens to his podcasts, but he was an awesome analyst and seemed like a very genuine guy. He was only in his mid-30s and has been in the hospital with covid for over a month. If anyone feels compelled, fantasypros set uo a gofundme for his family,

The amount already donated speaks volumes for how much he was loved

I was an avid listener to their POD before Kyle Yates joined the show. Tags was a good human being

I've listened to factory pros for several years and really liked Tags as an analyst and, from what I heard as a person. I've sort of followed his wife's posting about him for the last few months. Sad for his family.

Sucks. Feel bad for his fam. Was a great analyst. His weekly NFL primer was required reading every Friday for the last 5 or so years. Same for his DFS pod.

Felt like this was kinda inevitable after hearing he's been on a vent for a month+. Not many come back. I think read he was vaxxed too

Yea I know he said right when he got it that he was vaccinated. Also, my bad - didn’t see it was already discussed in the news and notes thread.

He had underlying problems?

Only thing I read was that he used to be pretty overweight years ago. So maybe some underlying issues stemming from that? But that is pure speculation on my part.

This is one of those occasions that I think we can all appreciate this having it's own thread. Terrible news.

I read on Twitter he was a former heavy smoker with a history of heart disease in his family

So sad. I’ve been following for the past month ever since he went off the grid with COVID.

Like many others said, I’ve read his primer for years. Always had a ton of good info to help with weekly lineup decisions.

Seems like he was loved by many

Yeah who knows. If he was healthy now…I doubt it. Had a friend of mine, same age as Tags, vaccinated, worked out all the time, no underlying conditions and he passed away two days ago from COVID.

Just freaky shite how it affects people differently. Both my aunt and uncle and my mother have had it, all three have underlying conditions and are overweight…and they were completely fine other than losing taste and smell for a while
