Ok I just tested this in the league I am commish in and it let me do it. I moved Vereen from someone's bench to their flex and it let me save it, I then looked at the scoreboard and it reflected the change and then I changed it back.

Under LM Tools, edit roster, select the team and edit roster and move him into the starting spot.

That's weird. I have a 3rd spot to the right that says roster tools and one is edit roster.
