I got Jones/Debo for Diggs. We have a trade chart and trades have to be within a certain point difference. Im fighting for playoff spot and traded with 2nd place.

My team now:
Dak
DHop, Chase, Debo
Jones, Patterson, J Robinson, Dillion, CEH

I needed a true RB1 (RBs were terrible before trade) and I’m keeping DHop and Chase. Sucks trading Diggs but needed RB with my keepers.

I disagree. Can get a better haul than that.

Possibly but not veto worthy

Value is only worth what someone will give you for it. I have a money league where almost no one trades. It sucks but sometimes you have to get what you can get in certain times of need

For what it's worth, I pushed it through even though I believe it's total shite given the fact it's a 1-9 team who doesn't care about anything right now

Well, personally I think it was the right thing to do. Hell, I still play my arse off when I am out of contention, including some (that turned out to be good and bad) Hail Mary type trades.

But i also see how this could be perceived. Although I don’t think it was egregious enough. Pollard’s emergence this year changes the complexion of that trade IMO

A 1-9 team eliminated from playoff contention should not be trading, especially a deal like that. It upsets the integrity of the league and opens the door for more shite down the line. Bad precedent to set

If he wants to stay involved, set him lineup and play waivers. Hell anyone could’ve had Justin fields, toney, Watson etc off waivers to improve their team.

Pollard and Gibson are starter/flex material and Thielen is a good WR2/3

3 flex plays (and Gibson/Thielen are mediocre flex plays) for a top 6 fantasy player? That’s not a good haul. You don’t win in fantasy trading 4 quarters for a dollar unless you are in a super deep league

Yes. Eliminated teams shouldn’t be allowed to trade. There’s no circumstances where there’s a positive outcome.

Is there a weekly high score payout?

One of my leagues bans trading for eliminated teams, but we give payouts for weekly 1st and 2nd high scorer. I don't particularly agree with that.

You have no business vetoing this trade
I would leave your league if that was blocked

It was approved. But I always talk with the league on borderline shite trades

Well if there’s still a possibility to win money then I see absolutely zero problem with it especially how hot Pollard is

I think this was the right thing to do. It's tough because the 4th place team took a big jump, but Pollard is killing it right now and Gibson is getting high volume. The last place guy should have pushed for a better WR, but you can't control what they're thinking.
