Kedarius Toney or Chargers #1 WR?

I own all 3 Chargers - Williams, Allen, and Palmer (I know). Should I play the best one that plays or is Toney being #1 for KC a better option?

I would go Williams as well. Allen’s hammy would worry me for reinjury. I also like Toney this week but if Williams is playing that is probably who I would roll with. Toney if Williams doesn’t play.
