According to the Boston Globe, rookie TE Zach Sudfeld has begun running "exclusively with the first unit" at Patriots camp.

ESPN's Sal Paolantonio, a spectator at ongoing Patriots-Eagles joint practices, has dubbed Sudfeld "Baby Gronk." Beat writer Ben Volin calls Sudfeld "potentially the best tight end on the field," and says he's "catching everything thrown his way."

that 2.8 avg doesn't have me worried.....MJD avg'd 4.8 & montell owens avg'd 5 behind the same O-line that Jennings pulled his 2.8.....and a majority of his carries were against INDY,OAK,TEN,GB,BUFF...all bottom tier run defs.

Look for Jamaal Charles’ carries to drop, catches to increase

BY RANDY COVITZ
The Kansas City Star

ST. JOSEPH — Here’s a prediction. Running back Jamaal Charles will not rush for 1,509 yards this season, as he did in 2012. He may not rush for much more than 1,000 yards.

if true then Knile Davis is in for 150 carries and like 30 catches if he sures up the #2 spot

may be someone to draft in deep leagues as he could be a top 15 RB if Charles goes down

Coach Mike McCarthy is "excited" for DuJuan Harris (knee, active/PUP) to return to practice because he "view(s) him as our starter."
"I'm excited to see when DuJuan Harris comes back, because I view him as our starter," McCarthy said Thursday. "I want him to get back in there and earn it like he did all of last year. He made an impact in our offense."

DuJuan Harris played in 4 games last year.

He did have an eye popping 4.6 ypc but here is the kicker, it was only on 34 attempts.

i'm already excited like McCarthy.

Colts TE Dwayne Allen is going for a second opinion on an injured foot.
Colts beat writers were surprised to see Allen out of Friday's training camp practice, and the injury explains why. There are no further details available. We hate to project missed time, but losing Allen for any period would help Coby Fleener's fantasy outlook. Allen is Indy's "flex" or "move" tight end.

49ers activated Kendall Hunter (Achilles') from active/PUP.
Hunter has been itching to get in team drills for weeks, and the Niners finally set him free. The third-year back was expected to be ready for the start of camp, but the team was just being cautious. Hunter is eight-and-a-half months removed from tearing his left Achilles'. He's Frank Gore's top handcuff.

Bell has been dealing with a knee injury, but it's not considered a major concern. The Steelers will go with a committee of Isaac Redman and Jonathan Dwyer in his absence.

outside the top 5-6 RBs.....they are all going way too high...better value at WR and QB in each and every round over the RBs in that respective round

ie
Drew brees or Ridley
julio jones or Demarco Murray
Victor cruz or le'von bell

I was always skeptical of Bell. This should help Dwyer a bit.
