Kareem Hunt, best rookie debut of all time?

Marshall Faulk- 143 yards 3 TDS
Ladanian- 113 yards 2 TDs
Randy Moss- 95 yards 2 TDs
Anquon Boldin- 217 yards 2 TDS
Kareem Hunt- 246 total yards and 3 TDS
What a night by this kid. I drafted him in a best ball league a few weeks ago, when Ware went down; and I admit, I wasn't sold on him. But the kid passed every eye test in the preseason and when the defense stacks the box against him, Tyreek Hill can go deep.
If this KC offense produces what it did tonight for the next 2 weeks; buy errbody on that offense. Including Alex Smith...

I own and started both Hunt and Gill in 2/3 leagues.. needless to say I'm a happy owner tonight.

I'm a little down that I didn't draft Hunt in my 2 other drafts. I have Hill and Smith in another league (started Dalton though); I'm hoping for another 2 weeks of this KC offense though.
That should tell us exactly what they are capable of for the year; and turn Alex Fuggin Smith into fantasy gold!
NE was a top team defense this year a DEF/ST1.
But KC tore a hole in their asses, but they have problems on the edge. Big problems on the edge. It's hard to predict defenses from year to year. But not so much with offenses.
If you have KC players on your team; pray for the next two weeks of this kind of production, as it will become the norm throughout the season.

lol Espn projected 88 for team this week. Hunt almost put up half of that by himself.

Started him. Got my 2 WRs (Evans/Thomas) in the first 2 rounds, took a flier on him in the 3rd, and drafted Doug Martin in the middle of the draft as my RB3 for insurance.
Also drafted Alex Smith in the later rounds as my backup. 12 team league, but I kept him on my bench like any sane person would have done.

That's one hell of a list for any Rookie to join much less top across the board and against the defending SB champs on the road against the greatest coach of our generation arguably of all time.

Projections don't mean squat. All it is is an average stat line of 10,000 CPU simulations of Madden basically. Matchup and how much the opposing defense gives up to the position in terms of fantasy points is what you want to go by.
