Regular fantasy scoring and teams.
Each week, the lowest scoring team is eliminated (season over). That team's players are placed on waivers and are bid on just like in a FAAB waiver system, but for more money since you may be bidding on Ja'Mar Chase or Saquon Barkley.
Keep going until there is 1 team standing.

It's a blast if you stay in for a while, but I guess it would suck to lose in the first couple of weeks.

The draft strategy is a little different.Ssince you just want to avoid last place, you try to get consistent high floor guys.

Usually there are no trades. You upgrade your team through picking up players from the eliminated team.

Usually no defense or kicker as their scoring is too random.

There's the problem for me. I have another draft tonight. That's why I suggested a guillotine starting week 2 or 3.

Central. It could probably be moved around a bit.

No worries if it doesn't work out but my other league fell through today and now I am about to have 0 redraft leagues which would suck.

My bad didn't see that part. Just saw some people looking for another league and thought I would give it a shot to start a redraft league tonight.

I would draft tomorrow but a buddy asked me to go try to kill this hog on his deer lease and I'd rather do that.

All good. Just saying I couldn't. If you start a new thread, you may get 10 quick buyers for a last minute draft.

Yeah, I wish there were more people like me who can draft during business hours.

Later? Later he says. I'm old and live on the east coast.

If we started at 6 PM central (maybe 6:30), we could be finished before the other draft.

Yall are blowing my mind. I refused to be in more than 1 for the longest. 14 team 11 year league with high school buddies, very competitive with trophy and all. I finally decided to join my work league a few years ago. I dont see how more then 1-2 leagues is even fun when all your players are playing against eachother and you cant really root for/against anybody. That just seems to ruin it to me. 5+ leagues is insane

I don't disagree. I just love drafting and can't say no.

The season definitely seems more like a business than a pastime.

I have the same issue. Its really a problem in DFS. I'm over here filling out lineups for women's tennis.

I guess after 5 or so, it doesn't really matter as you have no idea who to cheer for.
