Looking at those numbers it seems pretty clear though. Less time to gameplan equals less production from QB/WR overall and more production from RB position on average.

For me it's more psychological. If someone shits the bed on Thursday night then I'm pissed off for 2 days until Sunday and wondering "what could have been" if I would have started someone else that plays on Sunday. If they shite the bed on Sunday I'm usually over it by Monday. Usually...
All of that said I'm starting LeVeon x 2, Torrey, Tucker and Antonio B tomorrow night, so hoping to have a happy Fri/Sat. Fingers crossed...

Wouldn't you feel equally shitty for just as long if you sit someone on Thursday and he goes off for 40 points?

Yes, but at least I'd have hope to make up the 40 with the guy that I put in there instead. Once you play somebody on TNF and they lat an egg you're stuck with it through Sunday.
