On the bats side, I could have had Bader, Cozens, Stewart and Calhoun. I like all 4. Jumped ship too early on Calhoun.

One pitcher I look forward to following and I had no idea he was scooped up long ago, is Mitch Keller. Pirates arms are stacked.

Yeh, I'm just trying to pimp Bader so I can move him later this year. But young OFs with power/speed combo are coveted in this league.

Mozeliak said the other day that Bader is going to force the FO into a decision in the second half, and it doesn't hurt that Grichuk is batting 8th vs a lefty tonight

“I think we’ll be forced to make a tough decision in the second half of the season with what we do,” general manager John Mozeliak said. “He’s obviously having a lot of success at the plate. He’s doing well defensively. He’s an interesting player in the sense that he oozes confidence.”

T&P never bought into the Grichuk hype. That's why we shipped his arse out our first day in office.

Man I should have had DeLeon and Fulmer. I regret not just drafting him the other year and with Fulmer, I decided to go with Meisner. Too many good prospects out there it's hard to choose sometimes.

What we all should have done was pick up MWG's baby stud before he realized he made a boo boo.

Bader actually reminds me a lot of Grichuk.

Yeh, I honestly don't see me ever parting with that dude. I have offered him up, I think, in two deals, only to get declined.

But, yeh, unless I get a current top 30 pitcher, he's probably never going anywhere

I can't keep a reliever healthy. Since I missed the boat on the giraffe sale, are there any rebuilding teams looking to move one or two?

I feel the same way. Mine either get hurt or catch a bad case of the suck.

If you had said starter, I would have blamed it on the curse of Dusty Baker.

ETA: And although he gave up a run yesterday for the first time since in a while, I'm glad the Astros are going to start using Michael Feliz in late inning situations.

Had 10 guys on the DL a few weeks ago. Don't think I have ever not had at least 7 on there at one time. As soon as one guy gets healthy, another hits. I take responsibility for 2 (added Cobb & Lynn after their injuries), but that still leaves 5-8 other guys on the DL at all times.

I'll move an RP or two for bats.

I don't have any bats to offer right now unless you want a prospect.

I'll look when I get a chance. Definitely not looking for a young prospect.
