You have to have a full MiLB roster.
You need to add a MiLB eligible guy and drop Floyd. Then swap the MiLB eligible guy with Diaz.

How many more bombs does Tommy Joseph need to hit before you stop mocking that dude in your OTB?
Certainly a contender can use that offense out of the catcher position? He'll lose C next year, but then you get a 20+ HR bat to plug into 1B/UTIL.
