There's a place called Flying Saucer that has close to 100 beers on tap walking distance from Busch Stadium. Also walking distance is 4 Hands Brewing that puts out some pretty good beer.

4 Hands is a great brewery in walking distance. Flying Saucer is never a bad option.

Athletics manager Bob Melvin said Tuesday that Sean Manaea (shoulder) will likely be sidelined through the 2019 season.

Melvin cautioned that the club won't know an official timetable until Manaea undergoes surgery on his left shoulder next week. It was initially announced as an arthroscopic procedure, but apparently it's going to be more invasive than that. This is awful news, obviously, for both the A's and Manaea. The 26-year-old southpaw posted a solid 3.59 ERA and 1.08 WHIP across 160 2/3 innings in 2018.

Nailed 3 of the final 4. Pretty good.

Looks like wisey is gonna finish this thing off. My pitching didn't show up like it needed to to give me a shot.

Decent guessing.

Stroman & Gray wrecked my pitching with their complete and total collapses, otherwise my final stats/roto would have been better than 7th.

Just got back from Asheville last night.

Wife and I are heading there for our yearly "Get away from the kids" trip in a month. Been a few times before. Very much looking forward to it. Gonna hit Burial first. I'm also interested in those sours. Chat, which brewery had the best NE IPAs other than Burial? TIA.

Highland had a decent one. The place reminded me of a museum. I only had a couple from Twin Leaf but there's was really good. New Belgium exceed my expectations with the amount of sours too.

I usually avoid going to breweries if I can get most of it at home, but I'll go to Twisted and N.B. for the sours.

Thanks dude.

Nice season OMT. Bad luck to go up against an insane team that MWG assembled this season. Just not sure how you can hope to beat a pitching staff like the one he currently has.

I change my pick

Acuna would be my pick to go 2nd overall

Soto 3rd

Giving Papz, in my mind, the three top picks in a startup fantasy baseball dynasty league

Speaking of youngsters, saw Buehler deal last night in person. Cardinals had no shot

Yeh

I’ve traded Buehler and Flaherty

For Justin Wilson and Steven Matz
