G baby, can you or LEarl make a good debris roast for sandwiches or nah?

Trying to decide if half beef & half chicken stock or all beef stock is the way to go.

Given a choice I would use beef stock for a beef dish.

Stock is stock doe IMO

Vegetable stock would even work.

All beef is how I’ve done it, but I’ve read in more than a few places that a chicken & beef combo produces a better roast.

Yap

Didn’t have my dutch oven with me until I made it back to New Orleans this weekend. Grocery had chuck on sale when I went Monday, so I grabbed a few.

After 4 winning weeks in a row, I was in striking distance, but I needed to keep up winning against a few of the real contenders, and it doesn't look like that's going to happen.

Pujols went deep again yesterday. OTB for cheap. Best pick or prospect offer can have this first-ballot HOFer.

Give me the best store-bought tortilla chips while we’re talking food. They seem to all suck.

I wish there was a way to look at total team stats in the Standings over a 15, 30 or 60 day time period. You would think fantrax could provide that option.

I wish they were a bit thicker but I like the Julio's tortilla chip brand at HEB.

Building a massive new HEB about 2 min from my crib. There’s already one within 5 minutes of me.

I hit HEB, Kroger, and Trader Joe’s at least once a week each.

My most recent tortilla chip purchase was HEB brand; they’re saltier than rondo.
