FWIW I am not a fan of the lifetime banishment proposed rule.
I think circumstances change...if Giraffe does quit and 2 years from now we have an opening, I think he should be allowed to put his name in the hat. Do we want a known good owner that has quit leagues before or some dipshit lsurandomnumbers guy to take the roster that we have no idea how he will do? Then we vote as a league.
