I was discussing joining a new league on another site yesterday, and one guy said that he would only be interested if it was weekly lineup changes... and went on to say that "Daily lineups usually end up with the people who log on the most winning. It's not a logon contest."
I wonder what he would think of this league.
Half this league has 100+ logins just this OFFseason.

I think this league is a little different than most... maybe he's used to free Yahoo leagues where 2/3 of the league checks out halfway through the season and leaves the guy with a torn UCL in their starting lineup. Yeah, in those leagues the teams that log in the most do tend to win.
In general though, it's laughable bullshite.

It’s true. But “Logging on” encompasses add/drop, trades, lineup adjustment etc
There are teams in this league that are good but owners don’t scare me. They aren’t a threat until they become a multiple log in a day kinda guy

Papz is leading the league in logins right now. He'll be a contender.
TTown and Redd are #2 and #3. They don't scare me, although both could put up a lopsided week if they get hot.
Of course, we're also still over a month away from games that count.

Well yeah, so do I. I have the Fantrax tab open on my work computer and my phone pretty much all the time.
ETA: And my roster hasn't changed for 18 days... that might be a new record.

I log on so much I stopped checking last year. I think everytime I pop on my couch I do a quick check. And I have a crap ton of dead time at work.
