I saw you try to sneak that Gallardo start in there to get IP, and he had a good start too.
My plan was to win pitching cats every week and take NSB in hitting and so far with 12 NSB on the season I should be fine. Just that you and Chat are 2 out of the 3 ahead of me with 13 and 18 on the season.

At work, just a little sweetener.
At home, sweetener and some cream/milk if we have it.
I can drink it black, but I prefer a few packs of sweet & low.

I don't use sugar or artificial, but I've read the only one that isn't damaging (doesn't have a glucose/insulin reaction) is Stevia.
