You just forfeit any leftover picks after you filled your roster. But there really isn't any reason not to give back a pick.
If someone wants to give you their 1st rounder for your 2nd and 3rd, you just send back your last (16th or whatever). So it would be your 1/16 for his 2/3

Honestly, I havent even begun looking at who I like 1-5
Id probably stick with 4 bc there really isnt a clear cut favorite to me right now, even at #1
