No Rondo.
I could theoretically, add and the drop every staring DEF and Kicker left, and just rotate them through 1 position.
I could then leave a couple spots on my roster for an extra DEF and K.
So when Monday comes, and now all the availaible K & D are on waivers and won't come off waivers til after the game start and the FAs are locked
The only way to get a K or DEF is through a trade.
There is absolutely no rule against me or any other owner from doing that.
Hell, i could do it now, then redo the same process on Tuesday at 4am(midnight Hawaii I think)...and the only way a team could get a K or DEF is by using a waiver and forfeiting position.
I mean, if I were a shady sleaze bag....

you have to hold on to them for an extended period of time before they go back to waivers. otherwise they are just FA's again.
example, look what i just did with Andy Dalton.
picked him up, dropped him back, still a FA
