Dynasty Rebuild QB - Dak or Lawrence?

I took over a dynasty roster that was pretty trash last season so I’m in the middle of trying to rebuild it. Mainly focused on getting younger and accumulating draft picks as it’s still at least another season away from being a contender.
I currently have Lawrence, but have been offered Dak and a throw away pick for him. I’m thinking about pulling the trigger. Dak is older, but he’s only 30 so he could easily have another 5-6 good years, and he’s just better.
Who do you guys see as the better QB for a Non-contender in a rebuild?

If you’re in a true rebuild, I’d look for a better return than Dak and a throwaway pick if you’re not big on Lawrence.
Lawrence hasn’t been incredible, but he’s only 24 and there’s better seasons in his future. I’d be more inclined to keep him and reap those benefits once you’re ready to contend, especially once the Jaguars inevitably move on from OC Press Taylor.

I’d go Trevor all day. He’s still very young by NFL qb standards, has a huge arm, a good coach, and solid weapons.

If you think you can win now, maybe. It doesn't sound like that's the case, so I wouldn't trade Lawrence that cheaply.
