Draft Help: 2 QB, 2 FLEX PPR

So I agreed to join one of my coworkers league, site unseen, basically just because they were having trouble filling out the roster and one of my leagues from last year sorta disbanded. His brother is the commish.
Then I see the setup. I've never seen anything like this.
Full PPR. 4pt QB TD. 6pt TD for everyone else.
2 QB
2 RB
2 WR
1 TE
2 FLEX (W/R/T)
DST
No Kicker, but kicking points roll into the DST.
What on earth. Anyone have any thoughts on how to approach this draft?

Basically a Superflex league with 1 less WR and an extra flex. Looks interesting and might be fun to play in. I play in a league with 1 QB and 2 flex positions. One flex is Q,W,R,T and the other is W,R,T. QB is always at a premium in that league.

I like that set-up better than many I see. The kicker thing is weird, but better than actually drafting a soccer player.
As long as I know the rules ahead of time, I can adjust to almost anything.

What issue are you having with this?
I don’t see an issue, especially if it’s a 10 team league. The scoring looks like ESPN’s default setting.
Is it the DST being combined with kicker? I wonder which platform has that setting. That’s a non issue for me. In redraft leagues I always saved those 2 positions for my last 2 picks. By the 3rd or 4th week, I always grabbed much better free agents for those 2 positions. Having them combined just makes it easier for roster management.
