I'm desperate for a starting RB to trade for but have limited resources on my team to trade with without putting myself in a huge bind.
What value does Le'Veon Bell hold and what type of player(s) would I offer in that trade?

He scored the last five games of the year. He had three awful games in the middle of the year but his last games of the year were fine
