The T200 indicates how many players in the top 200 each team has.

I didn't try to optimize each lineup. I just took your top QB and then your best 8 flex guys making sure it included 1 TE.

Someone please correct me if my math is off, but if the 2 remaining votes were casted for changing the lottery order, it would still be a 57% vote vs a 43% vote. Assuming a 75% majority is needed to amend a rule (I dont have anything on this in the constitution, all leagues im in operate on 75%), this rule would not pass.

Now, im prepared for the opposition on majority rules vs 75% vote needed even though all the TD leagues everyone plays in is 75%. Is anyone prepared to fight this? Please advise

Because of the nature of this, I think it's just something that you, as commish, need to make an executive decision about, and then we can be consistent going forward. That's how I see it at least.
