I believe the draft should be snake with the caveat that Tubby can pick his slot, then matt gets to pick his slot, then BamaFan gets the remaining slot. You will be able to consider landing the top player, or the 3/4 slot with the picks. or the middle spot. There are enough good players to where a snake draft will disperse the top end talent throughout the first few rounds
1st pick gets Deebz's picks
2nd pick gets LE's picks
3rd gets Dirt Dawg's Picks

Someone familiar with Sleeper should begin setting up the league. Once these guys finish their draft we can load the teams and move to the offseason.

Looks like Mat and Bama are here, if we can dial Tubby in we can get him to pick his draft spot, then Mat picks slot, and then get this draft started here on message board slow draft style announcing picks? Could take over a week but we need to get started now so these guys have some time to trade before NFL draft if they want to get started.
Could use clicky I guess but no point paying for that with only 3 teams and limited players.

You don't have to pay for clicky. You just have to pay to unlock some of the features. But it looks like the smallest number of teams it allows is 4.
EDIT: NVM. I guess I'll go ahead and start setting up sleeper.

Regardless, a change that I wanted to suggest was that we change from pure top/bottom and make it to where there are two matchups each week, one head to head and one against the league average for that week. So sort of a hybrid system. I do know that sleeper does support that natively. But it would have to be something that is voted on.
