Bears or 49ers - Def / ST?

Which Def / Spec Teams should I pick up for the rest of the year? I drafted the Cowboys and have used them so far but the Bears and 49ers are available on the waiver wire. The 49's have the most points so far with 79 and the Bears have 59. Thnks

I’m rolling with the 49ers this week but have Carolina for the rest of the year. If i didn’t have Carolina I’d probably go 49ers

Can you add the Bills defense. They have a favorable schedule from here on out.

Bears have a tough playoff schedule. Saints aren’t scoring a ton but Teddy isn’t turning it over and we aren’t giving up sacks. I would pass on the Bears.

That's crazy that they are available.
I guess I was able to grab SF defense a couple of weeks ago and I sat them this week against the rams thinking it was a bad matchup, so maybe people didn't want to pick them up yet?
I'm rolling with 9ers from here on out. They might be matchup proof.

I was able to get SF defense last week as well since someone dropped them during their bye.
