Ballage or Pope (vs Miami) if Chubb is limited or out

Need to decide who to pick up if Chubb does not go this week. (Non-ppr)
Ballage got added back to active roster after justin jackson got ruled out for this week and is coming off a good outing last week
Pope is cleared from concussion after sitting out last week and was the guy who performed in week 8 vs Den.
Which one y'all feel has best chance to seize the day this week?
ETA: Breida and Gus Edwards also available if they are deemed better options. Kelley not available

Ballage should be a good go.
Maybe a guy to look for as well is Joshua Kelly if he’s available. Had 10 points last week, and was in almost every snap in the 4th quarter. He’s a good receiving back as well.
