Green is at 100% for the first time since 2018. And the Browns face a very good ravens defense. I’m debating on playing Green in a game where he will likely get a lot of targets. .5ppr league, any thoughts?

That’s tough. You obviously don’t know what you will get from Green since he hasn’t played in so long. And you never know what you’ll get from OBJ no matter what.

I think the 0.5 PPR would give OBJ a slight advantage.

I’ll say this:

If you or your opponent has players in the game tonight and after the game you are projected to win by a considerable margin, go with AJ. If it is close, go with OBJ.

AJ will always get you 3-5 points minimum. OBJ is more of a wildcard. You could get 30, might get 2.

I drafted OBJ ahead of Green as a season long plan. That doesn’t mean he is always the best option. Ravens have a pretty darn good secondary, not that the Chargers are anything to scoff at. They are very likely 1 and 2 in rankings

AJ just got his first full practice in since 2018. Rookie QB, I think boyd is the guy there

If Odell is healthy like they’re saying, he doesn’t leave my lineup

Interesting that you should ask the question,

I also drafted OBJ and AJ, and also in that order. For both, they were available way after their ADP and beyond their ECR. I just had to do it. That said, it is my practice normally not to do too much second guessing the first week--start the guys you drafted to start barring injury, then assess whether the production from week one justifies an adjustment for week two.

I also normally check my initial line up decisions with Fantasy Pros who do I start. The answer to your questions is 96% OBJ to 4% AJ.

Green was just limited for having more issues. I don’t think he’s 100%

Plus he’s older, and not the elite
Option. Obj is still in his prime

He’ll do better with an improved Baker and a new offensive coordinator

I’d go with the Cleveland Steamer. I think the Browns turn it around this year. Just a hunch though.

I think Green will have a better year than Odell. Better QB and contract year for him. So in general, regardless of matchup, give me Green.

If I have OBJ I don't think I'd play AJ until I see what he has left. OBJ played with a pretty decent injury last year as well.

play odell and sit Green. Wait out this week to see how Cincy plays together considering he has a rookie QB starting his first NFL game and hasn't played in forever

OBJ.

I have a league where I am starting David Johnson in my FLEX and Devante Adams at WR so he's on my bench, but otherwise unless he's hurt he's an every week starter.

Think OBJ is the better pick early in the season; expecting a comeback year.
