In my opinion, that may be the worst list I've seen someone post. Format is okay, but the content is horrible. I wish you were in my league.

Worthless post without naming any specific issues with the rankings.

I’ve been surprised to see puka as high as he is in many rankings, people just seem to be ignoring the possibility of a healthy Kupp eating into his target share.

If you take him in round 1 you’re banking on either another injury to Kupp or puka just establishing himself as the alpha and the offense now runs through him. Just seems risky for my rd 1 pick, taking him over JJ is madness, I’m not huge on McCarthy but he doesn’t have to be a baller to feed JJ targets and it’s not like they have a strong running game to lean sooooo give me one of the best WRs in the league at a discount.

Puka already established himself as the 1a in the offense last year, imo.

Targets and receptions were basically equal in games they both played >80% of snaps last year - 105 and 66 for Puka, 103 and 63 for Kupp.

But the big difference was in yardage - 1055 vs 753. aDOT of 8.3 for Kupp vs 9.1 for Puka. I'd also say Puka is better after the catch than Kupp, contributing to that yardage differential. Maybe you attribute their respective roles last year to injury, and that could be right - but my eye test tells me Puka is a tougher/more explosive target and it makes sense that he gets more of the deep and intermediate routes while Kupp operates in the shorter areas of the defense.

That said, I agree with you that I would not take Puka over Jefferson.

I'm not sure we ever saw a fully healthy Kupp last season to know how it truly would look.

Puka to me is clearly behind Ceedee, Tyreek, JJ, Amon, Chase, and Brown. After that I don't mind making the assumption Nacua can continue at or close to his previous season pace.

I'd still probably go with Garrett Wilson and maybe a few others over him, but that's just personal preference.

I'm thinking the same thing. JJ is the clear number 1 in that system and not knocking Puka but if the QB version of Charlie Villanueva didn't get him killed he is definitely the undisputed number 1.

I took gladly will take him on discount

Drafted in my main league yesterday (early - I know). Keeper league. Puka, Amon-Ra, and London were among the WR's that got kept. Bijan, Breece Hall, Taylor, and Kyren Williams were among the RB's that got kept. I had the 6th pick and gladly took Jefferson. CMC, Hill, Chase, Lamb, and Brown were drafted 1-5.

It's wild to me that people rank Puka and Kupp so far apart. IMO, Kupp is being very undervalued in a lot of rankings that I've seen, the only way he finishes as the 27th ranked WR is if he get injured and misses a decent number of games this season.

The value is Achane, but you run a higher risk of injury and split carries. Safe play is amon ra, clear 1st rounder, don't expect much if any of a drop off

Thanks again for doing this each year.

Have you ever done one for a 2QB league?
