Not officially. If the three remaining votes all vote no, then only 63% will have voted yes, falling short of the 67% needed.

I see this creating drama in the future.

How? The only thing that will change is that trades will be processed immediately. If someone strenuously objects to the trade, it will be put on hold until people vote on it.

Just don't be a douche and say "I object!" to every trade and everything will be fine

Let's say two people WERE trying to be shady, and they agreed to a trade right before the first game of the day happened. I could easily still reverse the deal (and the stats accumulated) if the trade is then ultimately vetoed.

I'm sorry you cant see my point of view because you fear your rule might not pass.

Look, I think just about everyone in the league is on the up and up.
I do know that all it will take is one time for this rule to create drama for it not to be worth it IMO. Its one day.
And this league has two constants...1. Its highly competitive 2. There's always drama.
I rarely ever veto trades...It seems you guys are saying I am arguing because I want to veot shite..
I just like to have a uniform way to treat every instance...it takes opinions and butthurtedness out of the equation
As I said, If it passes then fine...I just think it isnt the right move.

There was zero drama last year.

I understand what youre saying
if it doesnt work out, we can always vote to change it back.

Every trade comes with opinions from the rest of the owners. Sometimes people do not agree with it, but that's not grounds for a veto. Reversing a trade should only happen when collusion is proven. Bad trades (and good ones) are part of baseball. I just try to win 3/4 of my trades yearly.
