The only thing I'd be interested in is a first round pick (I don't believe you have one).
ETA: Or Freeman, but I'm full at 1B and Utility.

I need to look at things further. I wouldn't want to part ways with one of my pitchers for a high 14th.

If you dont see the difference between trading for a mediocre pitcher in season and trading for one as a keeper...then you are as idiotic as i thought

Trading for Danks at the end of 2010 going into 2012 would have made sense - he had a good 2010 and was young - good career arc. But trading for him mid season with the season he was having?
I understand why LE kept him and wisely (or not, don't know) unloaded him.

Like I told rondo, as long as I get into Lafayette from Lake Chuck that night in time to shower, I'm in. Chances are 50/50.

You are showing your arse
I traded IN SEASON for a mediocre pitcher....and I think I gave him a mediocre OF
Trading for a mediocre sp for a keeper eats up a keeper slot making it a lot more costly

He was a good SP based on what he had done entering 2011 so trading for him as a keeper made sense. I understand that you did not do that, which I think is clear in my last post.
What you did do was trade for him when it was clear he was having a down year and was in fact a mediocre pitcher. Doesn't make sense.

So you've never bought low on a player that has been historically good in the off chance that he turns things back around?

What brought about John Danks anyway?
