not sure what to think of this. Going to have to see what they plan on doing with Napoli. I assume if they deal Wells for him, they have plans to play him a lot. Though i know Wells' contract sucks

Id assume that Napoli will see regular playing time via DH, 1B, and catcher.

You can add to your scout team without waivers being enabled. If it's not letting you it probably means you have reached the max limit of players on your scout team.
