Does that dickhead Judge do the right thing and dismiss the case or push to sentence the President of the US to prison/probation?

I don't think there is a motion pending that would permit the judge to dismiss it. The judge still has to rule on the immunity issues, and if there are any, they have to send it back for a re-trial.
