The tweet says that if the election day advantage is 20% or more, it is a blowout, not total. it is a way to measure election day sentiment. Right now, Republicans are up 21.63% in election day turnout as of a few minutes ago. It is slowly dropping, though.

Duval maintaining an 11 point GOP gap, up from even in 2016. That is a great sign for GA.
