Milwaukee is adding 30,000 votes to Harris.
ETA: This is absolutely insane. They are rescanning 30,000 ballots "out of an abundance of caution" because a scanner door was partially open? Shouldn't they compare the received ballots to the scanned number and see if those 30,000 actually need to be rescanned first? This is infuriating.
