He said he thinks the republicans will actually get things done under a Trump presidency and the panel had a meltdown on MSNBC. He was actually defending the right. Mind blown

He made a good point though, he implied that Trump could make the infrastructure work with a private-public partnership and they all flipped out. But it could work if you tried it.
I have said for years to use infrastructure improvement to hire people in lieu of welfare. Like the WPA.
