Where will the 60 cloture votes come from?

The ACA will not be repealed. Can't nuclear option a repeal of a law, according to Senate precedent. How will it get done?

Id hope that they push real actual insurance reform as the alternate. Not "Pass it to see what's in it". Make the law look stupid.

The filibuster is a Senate Rule, which can be changed by simple majority vote.
