No, because Cruz never served as an actual judge. I hate the idea of any attorney taking his first case as a judge on the Supreme Court.

Four years min term. SCOTUS = lifetime minimum. Cruz is such a long term player that a SCOTUS play is a much longer game play. If it was planned Trump 4d chess with Cruz = Brilliant.
